Launched in 2014, the Arkansas Fellowship is a program that brings accomplished and motivated students from Arkansas’s colleges and universities together with entrepreneurial, high-growth employers in the state. The Arkansas Fellowship offers a two-year fellowship program to a select group of graduating college seniors—focusing on developing the next generation of Arkansas’ entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Historically, many of Arkansas‘s fastest growing businesses have struggled to identify, recruit, and hire the most promising local graduates.The Arkansas Fellowship seeks to keep our graduates and promising business leaders at home in Arkansas.
